Strategic Growth Manager (Denver located preferred)

Cabinet is looking for our first ever Strategic Growth Manager to join our team in Denver! You are a voracious learner, resourceful and have a get-stuff-done mindset. Cabinet is the all-in-one tool that’s built for efficiency & productivity — and built just for Executive Assistants. Cabinet’s co-founders went through Techstars in 2020 in NYC, and today are located in NYC and Denver.

What you’ll do:

  • Ideating and executing on growth strategies that can move the needle across the company's revenue, subscriber, and retention growth goals
  • Reporting directly to the CEO on key metrics
  • Presenting product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Engaging with existing customers with a focus on retention
  • Identifying partnership opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a growth model that aligns revenue with company goals, processes and initiatives
  • Recording and managing data on prospective customers
  • Finding comfort in working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Leading by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative
  • Believing no task is too small, and no task is too tall

You Have:

  • 3+ years of sales, marketing or growth experience, preferably in SaaS
  • A background in experimentation, taking on more than their day-to-day role requires and an appetite for learning
  • Experience working at a startup is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results
  • An innate talent for working with people and, simultaneously, data
  • An ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • A true appetite for learning and experimenting
  • Excellent communication, relationship, presentation and time management skills

In accordance with Colorado State Law ( the base salary range for Colorado for this role is $80K- $90K per year.
